Cupcakes are good idea for every occasion. We all love them and their delicate taste. They are really good idea for kids party because you can decorate them like funny faces or a favorite superhero. Now I'm going to tell you my favorite recipe for home made cupcakes. It is very easy and not so expensive. I made cupcakes very often because every member of my family loves them. Let's make some cupcakes!

For 12 cupcakes you will need: 3 eggs, 1/2 cups butter room temperature, 1 teacup sugar, 1 teacup flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking powder, teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup milk

A have a little trick when I make cupcakes. I mix the dry ingredients separately from the others. What I mean? First you mix the sugar, the flour, the baking powder and the vanilla. After that you mix eggs, the butter and the milk. Finally you combine them. I don't like to use mixer. I prefer to mix the ingredients manually with a wooden spoon. Of course if you want you can use mixer. Remember not to mix up gently. Pour into prepared pans and bake 20 minutes in preheat oven to 180 degrees. You have to cool them completely before decorating. Otherwise your decoration will melt.

The decoration could be very difficult thing to do. But if you practice your decoration will be very beautiful. You also can fill in the cupcakes with cream and after that cover them with a glaze. You can use different flavors and combine various creams. First learn how to do simple decorations like flowers, rainbows or letters. After that you can try to make a little picture on your cupcakes.

You can decorate your cupcakes depending on the occasion. Make pumpkin cupcakes for Halloween, Christmas cupcakes, birthday cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes for Valentine's day and so on.
